We use only the data required to create your account, provide the requested protection, secure the service, manage your subscription and support you. We do not sell your data.
1. Data controller
The data controller is SentinelleTrader, identified in the legal notice. For any question or to exercise your rights: support@sentinelletrader.com.
2. Data we process

- Trading protection: selected platform, broker login and server, risk settings, connection status and metrics required for the dashboard.
- Technical credentials: the secrets required to connect to a trading account are encrypted and never displayed in the interface.

- Security and support: IP address, technical logs, messages sent to support and events used to prevent abuse.

Email support@sentinelletrader.com. Proof of identity may be requested only where there is reasonable doubt. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
7. Cookies and security
SentinelleTrader uses a session cookie strictly necessary for authentication and account security. SentinelleTrader currently sets no advertising cookies.
The internal audience measurement described above works without any additional tracking cookie, cross-site tracking or advertising profile.
We apply appropriate safeguards, including encryption of sensitive secrets, password hashing, HTTPS communications, access controls and incident monitoring. Because no system can be completely invulnerable, we improve these protections regularly.
